Here's a Sample Recipe from the Cookbook:
How to Make Crepes / Palacsinta


  Ingredients   1 cup flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup oil (corn)
1 tablespoon sour cream
1/2 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup of milk
 
Add milk, flour, sugar, salt, sour cream and eggs to blender (food processor) and mix. Next, slowly add oil until it gets smooth.   Ingredients in bowl
 
Ingredients in pan   In a non-stick pan, pour 1 small serving spoon of Palacsinta mix. Cook one side for 1 minute and turn it over with a spatula. Then cook the other side for 1 minute (cooking time is up to you, depending on if you like it light or brown.
 
Place it on plate and set aside. Continue to use remaining batter in the manner. You will have 10 to 12 pieces.   Ingredients cooking
 
Palacsinta on plate   Fill it with apricot jam and finely chopped walnuts or anything you desire. Roll it up with filling and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
 
Finally, you may garnish the plate with any fruits of your choice to make it more succulent and delightful.

NOTE:

  TIP CORNER:
• Before making the first crepe, add 1/2 teaspoon oil to the pan.
• You can serve them as a second course to soups.
