The first video you will see was a trial one.
I know I shouldn't show it because it is not perfect, but when customers call me and ask me about the "Stuffed Chicken Legs" recipe, it’s easier to tell them to go and watch the video.
If you watch this video you will hear my “olive oil”blooper! I learned alot making this first video.
"Apple Cake" was the first video I directed. In the future, as you watch my videos you will see how much I have learnedas a director, actor, and an editor.
I didn't know how much work there was to writing a cookbook and making videos. I realized when I was making the videos how much I enjoy teaching and sharing.
